Privacy
Last updated November 3, 2026. This explains what this page collects when you visit and how it’s used.
Visits are recorded
We record visits to this page, starting when it loads. A recording captures what you see and do on the page, such as scrolling, mouse movement, taps, clicks and page changes, so the visit can be played back later.
What we collect
- The pages you view, how long you stay and how far you scroll
- What you click or tap, including the text of links and buttons
- Your IP address and the approximate location and network provider it indicates
- Your device type, browser, operating system, screen size and browser language
- The page or link that brought you here
- Page errors and page speed measurements
How we recognize returning visitors
We store a random ID in your browser’s local storage to connect your visits. If you follow the Lumen Machina link at the bottom of the page, that ID and the address of this page go with you, so that visit can be connected to your visit here.
Microsoft Clarity
We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records visits and builds heatmaps of where people scroll and click. Microsoft processes and keeps that data under its own privacy statement and retention periods.
How we use it
To understand who visits, what they read and where they stop, and to improve this page.
Where it’s kept
Visit data and recordings are stored in Lumen Dash, the analytics system of Lumen Machina, which built this page. Lumen Dash runs on Cloudflare, which also hosts this page. We keep visit data and recordings until we delete them.
About the map
The customer map shows one pin per customer, placed at the center of their city and nudged slightly. It contains no names, emails, street addresses or zip codes.
